The following list of community parks provides an overview of amenities at each park. Many of the parks are owned and maintained by the Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA). The Merit Property Management Company manages the parks for AVCA. Their business office is located at 1 Polaris Way in Aliso Viejo.
